It seems to be a new scheme of Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam to increase their profits. Electricity Department has stopped delivering bills to consumers hence they have to go Bijli board office and then take a bill at cost of Rs. 10 and make the payment. Although the sector is in private hand but they too seems to be acting as Sarkari Babu’s .

What’s the rescue? For most people they have to go there and collect their bill and make the payment is only option as board will cut electricity if bill is not paid in time which never been delivered.  People who can pay online have option for online payment. I am giving detail for the same.

Steps:-

Go to Dakshin Haryana Electricity Site

1.   Click on ONLINE PAYMENT & BILLING DETAILS

2.   You need to have your old bill in hand look for K. No which can be found below Name & Address section.

3.   Once your account summary in live you need to click on Current Bill Once click you will be able to see your current bill cycle detail.

4.   Now click on Online Payment

5.   You have option to Pay through Credit/debit card, Net Banking and some other options too.  Net banking does not cost you anything however for Credit/Debit card you will pay some extra amount.

6.   Whatever option you choose needs to follow as per payment gateway of you Bank.

7.   Make sure to take a printout or simple save receipt of Payment.
